When was the last time you spent the entire day in your sweatpants doing nothing? For me, it's been a year.
Funny enough, I even sleep better if I take a nap during the afternoon, so you can just imagine how wired up I've been! Constantly under pressure to achieve, and trying to make ends meet. Now though, I've just had dental surgery again yesterday. This time, to put in screws for implants in my lower jar, which hopefully means no more after that. So, what better day than today, to just rest and do nothing. I had to decide to, and commit to. And, since I now need to refrain myself from chewing and have soup for two months, I might even lose some weight! Also happy to know Qigong, which is something I can practice without physical strain, besides walking in the forest. I think, the best health comes naturally. So also this time, I hope.
