Many people seek various types of personal growth, healing and spiritual knowledge, in what they believe to be a quest for becoming authentic. This is not quite so.
Being authentic means being yourself, fully honest and truthful about who you are, what you believe in and what you experience, communicated the same. More so, it also means to be who you were before you became socially conditioned! This is why tending to our inner child is important. It's not by adding something that we become whole, it's by reclaiming and nurturing who we were, before losing parts of ourselves in traumas or bad relationships. To find within, access to the naturally shining joy and beauty that we had growing up, and express this once more, but this time with our adult and parental selves, protecting and moderating our communication and relating.
Who are you? What do you believe in? What do you love and what do you hate and why?
