When can you use a Personal coach?
Are you ready to make a change? That's right, you have to do it yourself! But with me as your support you can be sure that it will become much more fun, rewarding and a little bit easier. The changes I am talking about can be included in these categories:
* Change jobs
* Move to a different location
* Change lifestyle habits
* Start a small business
* Pursue artistic goals
This includes talking about what motivates you, what challenges you, what you treasure most in life, how and why and what you would like to achieve or have.
We meet in hourly sessions, preferably in person or by phone, Skype or chat, once every two weeks for a minimum of three months and max for a year. Your agenda is our main focus during our conversations where I will lead you through the process with a variety of questions. During these sessions we will cover topics like your best and worst qualities, your skills and your dream-job, values and preferences, communicating boundaries and taking steps towards realizing the change you would like to see happen.
