You know that feeling of elated joy? When you burst into laughter without any intention to, but just as the wonderful, natural, reaction to an interaction or doing? What a gift! It's what we all want, isn't it?
But we can't have it, at least not all the time. I think this is where humanity is going wrong. We chase happiness and perfection, but only to loose it again, or not attain any. The only thing that do last, is our approach. It's where our real choice lies. How we enter rooms, gatherings and conversations, or Mother Nature and our own thoughts. What we bring with us, into any dialogue.
This too shall pass, my mother used to recite from the Bible (Isaiah 2:2-3), as a consolation, when I was heartbroken over some guy. It's what we all must accept. Everything will pass, and we can only enjoy the moment, when it happens.
