Rest assured

Updated: Sep 26

It's easy to miss those signals our bodies give out. Often we wait until we're tired before we stop doing something. Instead, we need to stop before we get tired to save our own battery.

It's all about anticipation! In this lies your power. Expectations make us miserable, but anticipating can both prepare us and create excitement. Those are the positive emotions we need to feel motivated.

People are predictable too. No need to worry. You will most likely not become surprised at all, if you trust in the power of anticipation. It's the patterns we follow. What can you do then? Meet halfway of course!

Back to dealing with when to stop doing something. Anticipate when you'll be tired and you'll soon find more balance by stopping then.
