The art of blessing
Updated: Oct 4
Did you know that you too can bless things, people and places? According to Hawaiian Huna as taught by Serge Kahili King, what we give attention to, is what we give energy. So, if we do this consciously, such as by giving spontaneous compliments or offering our assistance, we spread Aloha. When we look at things that we sincerely find beautiful or show someone appreciation, we bless them. Wish places and people genuinely well and these places and people will receive a surge of positive energy, that can even be perceived!
And, according to Master Stephen Co, this can further be exercised by praying for the Divine energy to pass through us, placing the palms of our hands facing down and visualizing the place, thing or person, we would like to bless and heal. This alters our own state of consciousness as well and brings forth peace and compassion that we now can further.
What, or who, would you like to bless today?
