Using self-discipline

There is nothing as challenging to build strength, as the exercise of self-discipline. Self-discipline is about keeping one's promises to oneself, whether imposed by outer circumstances or not. Examples can be to hold a deadline for work or to eat a specific diet.

To be successful, you must take into account what to do, when you want to fall back into your former behavior. Create an alternative, and most of all, make sure it becomes an expansion. What can you do instead that is better? This way, we'll not only succeed with our set up goals, or enforce our boundaries, but also grow with a positive force for improvement.
