Yesterday, I got to practice instructing a dance class in Hawaiian Hula, here in Stockholm. I have a place I can rent that is affordable, which also can be shared. We start the class by doing a short meditation, to the sound of ocean waves, to set the mood. Then we do a soft warmup, followed by the basic steps of Hula. Thereupon, we practice walking across the floor and learn a choreography. All to authentic Hawaiian music.
