Balancefocus

I started my lifecoaching business in late 2001, while I was studying at Malmö University.

I began coaching people for free for practice, which later became paying customers, through an EU subsidised project for unemployed, as well as a whole new course at the university in 2004. I also wrote newsletters every month about a chosen topic or theme, similar to what I now have presented as examples in my books. The name Balancefocus, is chosen to mean finding balance in life, to have a clear focus for one's daily life and later came to include yoga and dancing qualities as well. To focus in meditation and asanas, and to keep balance in pirouettes. And the green color stands for being environmentally friendly.
