Clearing out contacts

As part of my Lifecoaching, I like to advocate simplicity and honesty. We can't live authentic lives if we don't stay true both towards ourselves and towards others. One way of doing so, is to carefully choose which people you hang out with and even hope for as friends. While we can't always choose our professional network, we can choose our personal.

Take out your phone and/or open your email client and go through your contacts. Clear out all those that you don't want to call and those you don't want to be called by. You now make room for better relations! The same thing applies for who you follow online.
