Our power center

When I started taking classes in Isadora Duncan dance about little more than ten years ago, I learned to become aware of, and strive to, lead with my solar plexus. This is the center for our soul and our shine, for our essence and our inner child, while our mana sits in our hair, teeth and bones. It's also referred to as the chakra for our power, just like our energy center in general is below our naval in Chinese Medicine, referred to as Dan Tien. Is it then weird that I've connected my bouts of nausea and prior dental problems, to the feeling of loss of power and similarly with my stomach, to my level of energy?

Today, I got something else in line with this confirmed. For many years, I've felt that whenever I write something positive or share something that I plan on doing that is positive for me, it becomes either diluted, delayed or obstructed. Like I can't share anything good until afterwards. And it turns out, that this is found in Native American cultures (including Hawai'i I'm sure) as a reason to why many spiritual ceremonies aren't being recorded, to not disturb, or even rob them of their spirit. And that this is why, it's mostly been an oral tradition. Which again, is something I notice can be either on, or off, in my own way of speaking and feeling when I do. It disappeared in my early 30's and have been until I arrived in Portugal when I was 45 on a vacation and then gaining back more at the age of 49 when I returned there. Maybe it even has had to do with my mother's passing literally, since her last vacation was to Portugal?
