Practising qigong

I have practiced qigong since 1995 for Marcus Bongart and since 2015 for Lee Holden online. Usually, I prefer to practice indoors where I naturally feel safer, however it's also nice and grounding to do it barefoot on sand or grass, so now that summer is here, I did it outside today.

This motion is called "Pet the tiger, embrace the mountains" which is part of a routine called "7 minutes". Have you tried it?
