Recognizing a trauma

For a week, I had to go without any teeth in my upper jar again, to mend two (I have screws and implants.). While I now was in my own home and could prepare by buying soups and soft foods, as well as letting myself rest, it still both was painful and had me reliving the original trauma, which completely drained me emotionally with PTSD. However, I could also recognize the trauma in both senses.

The physical pain and stress in the body of not being able to eat as normal.
The emotional pain of looking ugly and nobody caring.
The mental pain of being reminded how much torture it was to be locked up on false grounds and having cancer at the same time to deal with. I even got ghost pain in my back again.
The spiritual pain of doubting why others hate me so much and why I have to endure all this on an existential level. But also feeling God's support.
So, you see how these pain points at the same time are the same as my needs?
Then add the string backwards to my childhood. I wore braces for five years which was part of why I feel it to be so stressful to go to the dentist. And the need of braces to look better, because of having sucked on my thumb as a little girl. Something probably deriving from only being breastfed for three months and most of all not feeling safe.
All essential needs.
