Using language to feel better

It was in my 30's when I began with life coaching, that I noticed how what I talked about made me feel either better or worse. Not only can we become affected by others because of what they say to us, we become affected by what we say ourselves, what we tell others about ourselves and our life, what we focus on. And what we believe in and repeat often, can become our message to the world. So, what would you like to say, that is still true?
Any adversarial conflict can be transformed to an understanding or clarify where we need to set a better boundary. Sometimes, to learn what we would like to walk towards, implies to learn what we want to walk away from and why.

What we believe in, is often important to us. It can become a cause that in turn becomes the actual message of what we like it to be. This message, our concept, our theme, becomes what we preach, and what we preach, is often what becomes our mission, as well as our purpose.
When we focus on what we want to have, do, and be, rather than what we don't want to, we often feel more energized and positive, and thus feel better. At the same time, this opens up for more opportunities and more ways to move forward.
Crafting such a message that is your mission, and is what you'd like to stand for, becomes your brand. This is what a copywriter does, while a coach can help you clarify what it is you'd like to do and sell. And this is how I can combine both my professions.
What is something important that you say often?
