Transforming envy into gratitude

Have you ever felt envious or that someone is envious of you? It might be covered under snotty remarks or low self-esteem, or simply a wish to have. A good way to deal with it is through doing a transformation.
Start with forgiveness. Forgive the other and forgive yourself. Then look to the opposite feeling. In this case, the antidote to envy can be gratitude. Now, list at least ten things you're grateful for and make an inventory of what you do have. Repeat daily and try to come up with different things and you will truly see abundance. And with abundance, there is no need to be envious.
