My weight journey

I've been too skinny my entire life and even been bullied because of it sometimes growing up. Between the age of 19 and 49, I weighed 52-55 kilos constantly no matter what I ate. Until I turned 50. Then I suddenly started gaining some weight in Portugal, but curbed that directly by walking longer distances again and doing more situps. However, since the Swedish government extradited me and locked me up for 2 years and 5 months based on lies, together with having my teeth bridge come lose so I couldn't chew vegetables etc for two years, and getting Malignt Melanoma at the same time I entered menopause, my body changed from a size Small to a size Large, or simply gaining 25 kilos. I've also done three teeth surgeries under the needle and one removing lymphnodes. My whole body was in pain for almost a year after.

I still practiced yoga and dance, and still do, but need to walk longer distances again. However, because of the stress and the stalking and the constant financial struggles, I sometimes freeze up or have to use my energy to defend myself. And believe it or not, my stomach looks flatter when I eat more and sleep better. And I only eat gluten free and lactose free with mostly vegetarian alternatives such as tofu, pea-protein, quorn and quinoa, besides chicken, salmon or makrel. I drink juice every day, have fruit and vegetables every day, and only eat one slice of bread every day. (And semi-dark chocolate.) I only drink filtered water and sometimes with electrolytes due to medicine. So yes, I do want to lose some of my overweight, but not all. I want to be healthy and fit, but not stressed out, simply to be a size Medium.
