It's easy to miss those signals our bodies give out. Often we wait until we're tired before we stop doing something. Instead, we need to stop before we get tired to save our own battery.
Saving our battery is also becoming more mindful of how we spend our energy. To focus on how we feel and when, and thus why. It's all about anticipation! In this lies your power. Expectations make us miserable, but anticipating can both prepare us and create excitement. Those are the positive emotions we need to feel motivated.
Back to dealing with when to stop doing something. Anticipate when you'll be tired, and you'll soon find more balance by stopping then.
